"Are you going to call my owners?"
Not without your approval, and never the ones you're already working. We reconcile against your pipeline before a single call, and every script goes to you first. Everyone we speak to becomes your relationship.
§ 02 · Before you book
You'd ask them on the call. Here they are now, so the call is about your market.
Not without your approval, and never the ones you're already working. We reconcile against your pipeline before a single call, and every script goes to you first. Everyone we speak to becomes your relationship.
We don't sell meetings by the count. Criteria go in writing before we start: asset type, size, tenure, trigger named, decision-maker reached. Miss the criteria, doesn't count, you don't pay for it.
Slower than you want. Sixty days proves the sourcing and produces conversations. A stable pipeline takes six to twelve months. Anyone telling you otherwise hasn't done it.
§ 03 · The booking
At least three owners with a documented trigger, yours to call, whether or not you work with us.
Why we ask for the market first
We do the sourcing before the call, not during it. Without your metro and asset class there's nothing to prepare, and a bare calendar embed leaves no window to do it.
Step 2 of 2 · pick a slot
Earliest available slots are 48 hours out. We use that window to build the trigger picture for your market and pull your three owners.

Minimum lead time must also be enforced server-side.
